Most items shipping from Vintage Dresses Outlet ship on the next business day after order is placed. Shipping costs include handling fees and are set for the continental US. We do ship internationally, however rates may be higher and Vintage Dresses Outlet is not responsible for any customs charges or fees that are acquired upon package arrival to your country. Check with your local post to infer about customs charges on international orders.
Exchanges and Returns
Vintage Dresses Outlet will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you will receive the new item upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Shoes may not have been worn out of doors and must be in original condition. All shoe returns must include the original shoebox, also in the original condition.
Lingerie & Intimate Apparel
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on lingerie and intimate apparel due to hygienic concerns.
How to Send Back Your Return or Exchange
Vintage Dresses Outlet does not pay for shipping fees on returns or exchanges. In order to send a return or exchange, the customer must pay for postage and ship the item with the original invoice. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
